I have always been the "big girl" in my group of friends. I think it's time to change that.

I had the best salad yesterday for lunch, and I just had to share it with you guys! It was so filling, and so healthy! 
Fresh Express 50/50 mix of Baby Spinach and Mixed Greens
4 oz. Grilled Chicken
1/2 of an Avocado
1/4 cup Dole Blueberries
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
and 2 Tbsp Raspberry Vinegarette dressing
In addition to the salad, I had 1/2 cup of green beans, 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, and 2 glasses of H20. 
So inspired to keep going with my weight loss, and I want to encourage all of you to do the same! :)
